After a variety of processing techniques, roll paper can be converted into a variety of different forms： 

Paper roll: As the basic material for paper cup production, it is rolled with high-quality base paper and has excellent toughness and uniformity. 

Bottom paper: It is cut from a large roll of roll paper and is specially used for the bottom of paper cups. It is specially treated to ensure that paper cups are not prone to liquid leakage during use. 

Paper in sheet: Paper roll is die-cut into flat paper. Its excellent flatness and easy processing make it an ideal material for printing and cutting. 

Paper cup fan: Flat sheets are cut into paper cup fan, which are the key material for paper cup molding.

We offer a variety of materials and paper weights, including PE coated paper and kraft paper, with a weight range of 150-350gsm. The bottom paper is generally single-wall coated.

Quality Control

During our production process, we conduct strict quality control on paper cup rolls:

PE weight test: We perform weight test on the PE coating of each batch of rolls to ensure that the coating is uniform and the thickness is consistent. 

Leakage test: Through the leakage test, we verify the anti-leakage ability of paper cups to ensure that paper cups effectively prevent liquid leakage in actual use. 

Stiffness test: We test the stiffness of the paper to ensure the strength and durability of the paper cups during use.

Packaging and Shipping

The outer PE film is moisture-proof and dust-proof, the outer coated paper protects the paper roll from scratches, and the bottom paper can be loaded on the pallet as needed for easy handling and loading and unloading.
