The customer’s application is takeaway food packaging. A 26 oz format can serve portioned meals such as noodles, pasta, salad or fries. In this project, the printed body and folding top are central to the product specification: the buyer needs a formed container that carries the artwork and closes in the intended shape.

Our recommendation is to review the complete blank and a finished sample together. Nominal capacity alone does not define the sidewall profile, bottom fit or top-flap geometry. Approve those features before finalising the mold.

We recommended the MYC-W35 around the actual food-box format. The purchased configuration includes a mold for the 26 oz product and a water circulation system. The project footage shows the machine forming the customer’s printed containers.

For a similar order, we suggest confirming the finished drawing, sample paper and required auxiliary connections as one specification. This gives the machine supplier a concrete product to set up and gives the buyer a clear basis for sample approval.

The material shown is approximately 260 GSM with double PE coating. Paper weight helps define the body structure, while the coated surfaces influence sealing and resistance to moisture. Both belong in the material review; a GSM number on its own is not a complete purchasing specification.

We advise checking print registration near the overlap, the shape of the folding flaps and the base joint using the intended production paper. If the packaging will hold wet or oily food, agree a separate application test using that food and its expected holding conditions.

The video shows printed food boxes being formed, followed by a water-fill demonstration on a scale. The presenter describes the product as 26 oz, approximately 780 ml. This is a useful sample check alongside the blank shape and forming sequence.

The demonstration does not establish a certified fill tolerance, a long-duration leak result or customer-site output. For production acceptance, we recommend agreeing the fill line, closure check and holding test separately, then recording the result against the approved sample.
