7 oz Paper Cup Making Machine for an Armenian Customer
An Armenian customer purchased the MYC-OCM12 paper cup making machine in its basic ultrasonic configuration to make 7 oz printed cups. The order also includes a cup collecting table. The project brings together a compact drinks-cup format, PE-coated paper specified as 190+15 GSM and a straightforward forming-to-collection process.

Define the cup before choosing the configuration
The customer’s product is a small takeaway drinks cup. The project presentation identifies coffee drinks, including latte and mocha, among its applications. The useful starting point is the chosen 7 oz serving format and printed design, rather than a broad list of optional machine features.
We recommend supplying a finished cup or drawing with the paper specification. In the video, the sample’s top diameter is approximately 70 mm and its bottom diameter approximately 50 mm. These checks help describe the cup; they are not manufacturing tolerances or a lid-fit approval.

Select the paper cup making machine around one product
The selected MYC-OCM12 uses the basic ultrasonic configuration requested for this project. The machine forms the paper cup, while the separate collecting table receives the finished output. The demonstrated product does not require an additional sleeve-forming stage.
The model’s confirmed cup range is 1.5–16 oz, and the project video introduces a speed of approximately 80–100 cups per minute. Those are machine reference figures; the buyer’s sustained production rate still depends on material, settings and operating conditions.

Keep the 190+15 GSM specification with the sample
The paper fan is identified as 190+15 GSM and described in the supplied project sheet as PE-coated paper. Keep this original notation in the order specification, alongside the coating details confirmed by the paper supplier. It should not be replaced with a generic material range for the machine.
Our advice is to trial the printed fans and matching bottom paper together. Review side-seam alignment, base formation and rim finish, then retain an approved cup as the comparison sample for later runs.

Plan collection and sample approval
The additional collecting table is visible with rows of finished blue cups. Including this stage in the layout gives the operator a defined place to remove cups and perform routine sample checks after forming.
The footage verifies machine operation, cup collection and dimensional checks. It does not show a liquid-holding test. Before approving a new drinks-cup specification, we recommend agreeing a test with the intended beverage temperature and holding period, as well as any required lid-fit check.
