This 4 oz double wall cup making solution pairs a simple-model inner-cup machine with a separate sleeving machine. We worked back from the finished cup to define the two forming tasks and their connection.

01Define both layers

Start from the customer’s finished-cup goal

The customer in Iraq was planning a compact double wall cup, not just a single wall product. The recommendation therefore had to cover the inner cup, the outer wrap and how they would be brought together.

02Select the pair

The 4 oz double wall cup making solution

We recommended one machine for the inner container and another for the outer wall. This separates the jobs without separating the production flow.

Receives the inner cups and adds the outer sleeves. We advise checking the two sets of tooling with the same cup design before confirming the pair.

Material advice: Use 190 GSM as the recorded inner-fan specification. Confirm the sleeve stock separately and review the assembled fit; do not carry that weight across to the sleeve by default.

03Plan the connection

Include the handoff and collection points

A transfer station sits between the machines, with a collecting table after sleeving. Our layout advice is to review this full route and retain working access for paper loading, setup and checks.

04Review the sample

Approve the cup and sleeve as one product

The video provides an approximate size reference. We ask customers to review the sleeve position and finished shape as well as the three dimensions.
