420ML MY-W35 paper bowl making machine with cup collection table case in Myanmar

    In Myanmar, our 420ML MYC-W35 paper bowl forming machine with an automatic bowl collection platform has been successfully delivered and put into operation. It is widely used in the mass production of medium-capacity paper bowls and is suitable for fast food, instant noodles, take-out packaging and other food packaging fields.

    The equipment adopts a constant temperature heating system and a double-station structure design to achieve an efficient and stable paper bowl forming process. The 420ML specification paper bowl is stably formed during on-site operation, with flat curling and firm bottom knurling, ensuring that the product has good sealing and pressure resistance. The matching automatic bowl collection platform supports the automatic arrangement and stacking of finished bowls, reduces manual bowl receiving, and optimizes the back-end packaging process.

    The video shows that the whole machine operation process is clear and smooth, including efficient coordination of paper feeding, heating, bottom sealing, curling and bowl collection, which fully demonstrates the production efficiency and process stability of MYC-W35 in the production of medium-sized paper bowls.
