Based on our analysis, we would like to recommend the following materials.

230 GSM paper

230 GSM paper is stiff enough for cup forming and normal handling without moving to unnecessarily heavy stock. This helps the customer control raw material cost.

Single PE and double PE

The 9 oz cup uses single PE paper. The H55 cup uses double PE because condensation can collect on the outside during cold use. The outer coating helps keep this moisture from softening the paper.

Full-surface silver foil

For this order, the customer chose full-surface silver foil stamping. Other custom printing and surface finishes, including gold foil stamping, are also available.
