MY-100 paper lid making machine case in Rwanda

    In Rwanda, the MY-100 paper lid forming machine has been successfully put into use, mainly used to produce environmentally friendly paper cup lids for use with paper cups. The equipment is specially developed to meet the packaging needs of the hot drink takeaway market and supports the production of common coffee cup lids, milk tea lids and other specifications.
    MY-100 adopts a servo drive system, which is easy to operate and stable in forming. It is suitable for food-grade environmentally friendly materials such as PE coated paper and PLA coated paper. Its integrated process of automatic paper feeding, heating, edge pressing and lid discharge greatly improves production efficiency and saves labor. By replacing the mold, paper lids of different sizes and shapes can be flexibly produced to meet the diverse needs of customers.
