16oz OCM12 simple model ultrasonic paper cup machine with MYC-D paper cup sleeve machine case in Rwanda

    In Rwanda, a production line including a 16oz OCM12 simple ultrasonic paper cup forming machine and a MYC-D double-layer cup sleeve machine was successfully put into production, specifically to meet the local production needs of medium-capacity paper cups (such as coffee cups, milk tea cups) and double-layer insulated cups.
    The OCM12 adopts an ultrasonic heating system, has stable cup body bonding performance and high forming efficiency, and is suitable for a variety of paper weights ranging from 150ml to 450ml. The matching MYC-D cup sleeve machine supports food-grade hot melt adhesive coating, the paper cup jacket is firmly adhered and has a smooth appearance, and the finished product is suitable for hot drink takeaway and other application scenarios.
    The video shows the operation process of the entire line, including paper cup forming, cup edge curling, cup sleeve laminating and other processes, and cooperates with the cup collection table to achieve efficient cup output and sorting.
